Rocky Mountaineer launches new agent training program
Rocky Mountaineer has rolled out a new agent training program called TRACKS.
The program has five modules covering the basics and company history, routes and destinations, rail packages, service classes and more.
Key resources offered include access to webinars and sales collateral to help grow business with Rocky Mountaineer.
On completion, agents become certified Rocky Mountaineer Specialists.
To mark the launch of TRACKS, agents who complete training by December 31, 2018 will have the opportunity to win a pair of two-day rail GoldLeaf Service tickets.
