Rosewood launching first hotel in Hong Kong in 2018

Luxury brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is checking in to Hong Kong with its first property slated for a 2018 opening.
 
Rosewood Hong Kong will occupy a prime Victoria Harbour waterfront setting in the former New World Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui featuring 398 rooms.
 
Planned amenities include eight dining outlets, a fitness centre, swimming pool and the Manor Club executive lounge.
 
"We aim for this hotel to capture Hong Kong’s grace and dynamism, culture and modernity, while debuting Rosewood’s engaging, intuitive and refined service here in our home city," said Rosewood CEO Sonia Cheng.
 
It will house 199 luxury long stay Rosewood Residences with dedicated amenities including a lounge, indoor swimming pool and fitness centre.
 
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts plans to double the number of hotels in operation by 2020, with an Asian pipeline comprising upcoming projects in Phnom Penh, Phuket, Guangzhou, Luang Prabang, Sanya, Bali, Jakarta, Hainan, Bangkok and Siem Reap.
