Ryanair is to launch a new service from Luton to Dusseldorf Weeze in March 2017.
The airline had previously also announced plans to launch flights from Luton to Faro in Portugal next summer.
The flights to Dusseldorf will operate twice weekly and the airline will offer five flights a week to Faro.
In total, Ryanair will operate 19 routes from Luton.
Spokesman Robin Kiely said the two new routes will carry two million passengers a year and support 1,500 jobs at Luton Airport.
