Ryanair drops London stock listing
Ryanair confirmed it will delist from the London Stock Exchange. It will go ahead and delist due to post-Brexit ownership rules. It will keep its listing in Dublin.
"The volume of trading of the shares on the London Stock Exchange does not justify the costs related to such listing," the airline said. It has notified the Financial Conduct Authority and will officially be delisted on 20 December.
It is ‘sadly an inevitable consequence of Brexit’ said CEO, Michael O’Leary.
