Sabre integrating all Booking.com listings in GDS
Sabre-connected agents will soon get seamless access to Booking.com’s huge portfolio of accommodations.
The two companies have inked an agreement which will allow agents to search and book all Booking.com listings, including its alternative lodgings, through the Sabre Content Services for Lodging platform.
Sabre Content Services for Lodging integrates content from a variety of sources into the Sabre GDS.
Booking.com now offers more than 28 million listings which include 5.4 million reported listings in homes, apartments and other alternative properties.
"Our collaboration with Booking.com allows us to offer a comprehensive set of interesting and unique properties to our systems. Adding the Booking.com portfolio to Sabre’s lodging offering will allow travel buyers to meet the growing demand for alternative lodging options," said Traci Mercer, Sabre Travel Network’s senior vice president of lodging, ground and sea.
The partnership will go live later this year and will be available through Sabre APIs and Sabre Red Workspace, GetThere and TripCase.
"This new partnership with Sabre will enable even more travelers to quickly and easily find their ideal place to stay," said Ripsy Bandourian, senior director of partnerships and business bookers at Booking.com.
