Sabre TripCase app coming to Apple Watch
Sabre’s travel management app TripCase will soon be available to Apple Watch users.
The Apple Watch app will allow users to access real-time flight alerts including gate number, hotel bookings, and the ability to save favourite restaurants, shops or attractions during a trip.
The app then lets travelers navigate to and from any point of interest with maps and directions.
"TripCase is a perfect fit for the Apple Watch because of the time sensitive and glanceable information we provide," said John Samuel, senior vice president of TripCase.
"Millions of travelers rely on TripCase every day for real-time, accurate updates to their trips. Now with the Apple Watch, we can make travel even easier as travelers receive these messages on their wrist."
TripCase has already been integrated into other wearable tech including the Pebble and Android Wear and was the first travel management app for the new Samsung Gear S.
