Sands China resorts join InterContinental Alliance
IHG has added two iconic Macau hotels to the InterContinental Alliance Resorts portfolio.
The Venetian Macao and The Parisian Macao are now affiliates of IHG’s loyalty alliance partnership, while the upcoming Londoner Hotel will join when it opens in 2020.
The Londoner is a conversion from former IHG operated hotel Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central.
The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas also extended its IHG alliance partnership until 2027.
Alliance resorts are made up of key properties where members of IHG Rewards Club can earn points and redeem them for stays at more than 5,000 IHG hotels worldwide.
"Building on the success of our partnership at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, we’re privileged to be extending the InterContinental Alliance to The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao and The Londoner Hotel," said Jolyon Bulley, Greater China chief executive of IHG.
"We are now able to offer our IHG Rewards Club members from around the world more than 5,000 luxury hotel rooms and suites in Macao."
