Savile Row Travel deploys Dolphin technology
The Henley-on-Thames based travel company, specialising in selected luxury resorts, fully integrated FIT and MICE travel, will use Dolphin for ongoing booking management, generating customer documents, business reporting and to streamline operations using Dolphin workflow management tools.
Matthew Callaway, Director at Savile Row Travel, commented, "With our discerning client base, we wanted to ensure we could use technology to streamline our booking processes without sacrificing the flexibility and personal service we are renowned for. The Dolphin platform helps us strike the right balance in this respect and enables us to spend more time on providing a great service and less on administering bookings."
Andy Mills, Head Of Sales and Marketing at Dolphin Dynamics, added, "Tailor-made specialists like Savile Row Travel are increasingly looking to Dolphin technology to ensure their business processes are optimised and can deliver an often complex travel offering efficiently and profitably."
