Seabourn’s new schedule aimed at desirable destinations
Seabourn Cruise Lines’ new, 104-page catalogue introduces a schedule of 134 cruises for its three all-suite Yachts of Seabourn.
The luxury ships will visit 257 ports in 73 countries from December of this year through April of 2007.
About 57% of the new cruise schedule is offered as seven or eight-day trips. The bulk of those are also designed to be combinable for up to six weeks of cruising with different port content.
Seabourn says this arrangement creates a combination of accessibility for travelers who want shorter luxury cruises with others who want to stay longer.
All three of Seabourn’s ships will undergo drydock maintenance and interior refurbishments by January of next year, according to cruise line officials.
Upgrades will include DVD players and flat-screen televisions in all guest suites.
Dining areas will also be improved. “Our yachts sail to the most desirable destinations on earth,” said Deborah L. Natansohn, president.
She said the cruise line’s commitment to luxury is evident in its ratio of 160 staff members to 208 guests.
