Senior ABTA official Keith Richards is to leave the association following a restructure.
Head of professional development Richards is to stand down in April after more than a decade with ABTA.
He was praised by association chief executive Mark Tanzer for giving “tremendous service” as part of the management team for more than ten years.
Richards was previously head of consumer affairs and was responsible for the modernisation of the body’s arbitration and redress schemes.
“As head of professional development, he has helped build the industry’s awareness of sustainability and accessibility, and is now recognised in Europe as an authority on these issues,” said Tanzer. “We wish him well in the future.”
