Several crew members test positive for Covid on US-bound cruise ship
A cruise ship on its way to the US had a number of Covid positive crew members aboard. Royal Caribbean’s newest ship, Odyssey of the Seas, disembarked at least four crew members in Spain who tested positive.
The ship is carrying 1,400 crew members and no passengers.
Royal Caribbean said four crew members tested positive and ‘were immediately quarantined.’ Most crew members currently on board the ship have not been vaccinated yet, although it says 100% of crew will be vaccinated before it returns to service.
