SideStep in Frommers guides tie-up

Saturday, 29 Nov, 2006 0

Price comparison site SideStep has joined forces with travel guides specialist Frommers to provide consumers with travel information on more than 3,500 destinations on SideStep’s Travel Guides section.

The guides section provides travellers with detailed information on the most popular destinations including Paris, Rome and New York including advice on the best attractions, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife, shopping, sports and art.

Each specific guide can be easily navigated to find dedicated sections on, for example, the best places for kids or the best places to eat and stay. Suggested itineraries are also available for one, two or three days.

Sidestep already features customer reviews on the site and is planning to expand the content within the travel guides section to include travel blogs as well as photos, hotel reviews and ratings from TravelPost.com. Sidestep acquired TravelPost in October.
