Siem Reap’s Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor reopens
Fresh off the back of the reopening of the iconic Raffles Singapore recently, another landmark Raffles hotel is welcoming guests again after a major restoration.
Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Siem Reap has reopened after six months’ refurbishment showcasing a number of key enhancements.
It has a refreshed façade and has revitalised the 119 rooms and suites, featuring hardwood floors, brighter interiors and Italian tiling in bathrooms.
Other additions include a new signature restaurant and Children’s Club, and the hotel also unveiled five new Raffles Curated Journeys.
These include exploring Angkor Wat by Vespa and an Insider Art Tour by Tuk Tuk.
The hotel first opened its doors in 1932 and has hosted a number of celebrities and A-listers through the years from Charlie Chaplin to Jackie Kennedy and Michelle Obama.
