Signature appoints new director of destination partnerships
Signature Travel Network has appointed Christine Alestra as director of destination partnerships.
The position will entail working with tourism boards and convention bureaus globally.
Alestra brings 20 years of experience to the new role, including 18 years at Collette Vacations, where she held the position of director of partnership marketing.
For the last two years she served as director of business development at Travel Alberta.
"I am delighted to take on this new challenge and look forward to working with the team to further develop their already extensive product and service suite," said Alestra.
She was welcomed to the Signature Travel Network team by CEO Alex Sharpe who said: "Chris’s breadth of experience, industry knowledge, and established relationships with partners around the world make her uniquely suited for this important role. Just as notable is her incredible alignment with the Signature culture."
