Singapore unveils new branding

In what’s described as a landmark year for the island nation, Singapore has released details of its new YourSingapore brand
Amongst a raft of new venues is Resorts World Sentosa, home to Southeast Asia’s first Universal Studios.
Meanwhile in downtown Singapore, Marina Bay Sands on Bayfront Avenue will host Singapore’s second casino
Additional precincts coming on board beyond 2010 include: Gardens by the Bay (first phase 2011); a new International Cruise Terminal (2011) ; a revamped Fullerton Heritage Precinct boasting a diverse range of premium entertainment, accommodation and dining facilities; a River Safari; a Singapore Sports Hub; a National Art Gallery; and The Changi Motorsport Hub.
Events taking place in Singapore in 2010 and beyond include: The Youth Olympic Games in August; SingTel Singapore Formula One Grand Prix (Sep); Christmas in the Tropics (Nov-Jan); and the Great Singapore Sale (May – July).
