Singapore’s most eligible support breast cancer
SINGAPORE –Ten bachelors based in Singapore from various professional and celebrity backgrounds will volunteer themselves for auction to an audience of 200 people, mainly women, at the Grand Ballroom of Grand Park City Hall.
As part of its corporate social responsibility, Park Hotel Group has been organising several charity initiatives in the past few years.
Last year, the group nurtured young talents through an initiative with Raffles Design Institute and the year before, it worked with ‘Make-A-Wish Foundation’.
This year, Park Hotel Group presents Singapore’s first Christmas Charity Bachelor Auction in aid of the Breast Cancer Foundation.
“Who said charity drives can’t be fun? We had a great response to our call for bachelors – even from some game married ones – and they came not only with the requisite physique and good looks but vibrant personalities as well,†said N Gunalan, director of marketing communications of Park Hotel Group.
The celebrity bachelors are Leslie Kwok, former national swimmer of Singapore, Hansen Lee, lead actor of The Polo Boys and Henry Golding, host of various TV shows and commercials.
All 10 bachelors will be smartly dressed in tailored suits sponsored by Brooks Brothers and will carry exclusive items from sponsors.
The winning bidder will have the opportunity to have lunch with their prized bachelor or take home exclusive prizes.
The Christmas Charity Bachelor Auction will be held on Wednesday, December 2 at the Grand Ballroom of Grand Park City Hall from 6.30pm.
Tickets are now on sale at S$250 per person or S$2000 per table of 8 persons inclusive of 4-course Western dinner with free flow wine. First 20 bookers will have the opportunity to meet the bachelors prior to the event.
Bookings can be made via Kitty Koh at (65) 6593 6975, Melissa Mohan at (65) 6593 6974 or e-mail [email protected].
