Six Senses names new COO
Luxury wellness hospitality brand Six Senses has appointed Guy Heywood as new chief operating officer.
Heywood joins from Alila hotels & Resorts where he held the COO position for eight years.
It is the first major leadership movement since Six Senses’ acquisition by IHG.
Heywood has more than three decades of hospitality experience and has gone full circle as he began in the industry as a restaurant manager at the InterContinental Sydney.
He also held hotel management positions at Four Seasons in Singapore and Tokyo and regional management roles with Aman Resorts.
