Ski Club appoints new PR
The Ski Club of Great Britain has appointed Vicky Norman, who previously worked for Neilson Active Holidays, as public relations manager.
Norman replaces Betony Garner who has left the Ski Club after nine years to join the press team for the 2012 Olympic Games.
“I’m so excited to be on board at the Ski Club. Wintersports are my passion and the Ski Club sits right at the heart of the industry – I can’t think of a better place to work," said Norman.
Ski Club chief executive Caroline Stuart-Taylor added: “Vicky already has a wealth of experience in the snowsports industry and will be a huge asset to our team. She’ll help us to promote everything that the Ski Club does to ensure we remain a healthy and successful membership club, as well as promoting all the ways in which we work within the wider snowsports industry.”
Norman will work alongside Vanessa Fisher, the Club’s PR consultant, in providing information, media comment and raising the profile of the Ski Club.
