Ski operator announces new revenue-boosting tool
JFA Systems has launched Rep Assist, its new overseas bookings management system for family ski specialist Ski Famille.
Rep Assist allows overseas reps to get live passenger information directly from JFA’s Diamond reservations systems so they can manage room lists, transfer manifests, no-shows and make last-minute changes.
It also contains a contracting system for extras such as lift passes and ski hire, so reps can negotiate or re-negotiate their price with suppliers.
JFA Systems chairman Jim Fatah said: "We’re excited to launch Rep Assist with Ski Famille as it helps tour operators to enhance their customer service, as well as increase revenue and save on costs from a third party."
Ski Famille MD Chris Thomson said: "Rep Assist allows us to give families travelling with Ski Famille the efficient personalised service they expect."
