Smailing Tours DMC joins TA Network digital ecosystem
Trip Affiliates Network (TA Network) has inked a strategic partnership with Indonesia travel operator, Smailing Tours DMC (SMT).
The collaboration brings TA Network’s IaaS platform to the Indonesian market.
The TA Network model spans integrated software systems and turnkey solutions connecting travel wholesalers, operators, and destination management companies across Asia onto a single platform.
TA Network focuses on direct supplier contracting, inventory management and real-time connections.
Smailing Tours DMC CEO, Jason Lim, said: “As Smailing Tours DMC gears up for the next phase of growth, we needed a comprehensive digital solution.”
“This provides dynamic customer engagement capabilities for our travel consultants to provide personalized travel care.”
Based in Bali, Indonesia, Smailing Tours DMC is the inbound/DMC division of Smailing Tour Group.
It has been operating for almost 50 years and now has 21 branches across Indonesia.
