Small boutique hotels coming to Orlando
Orlando has a whopping 115,000 hotel rooms but it’s only recently that small, luxury boutique hotels have started to become visitor and convention options.
The 227-room Lexington Hotel in downtown Orlando, for example, is set to open in May. It will have 4,400 square feet of meeting space.
The 150-room Regent Winter Park & Residences in suburban Winter Park is also due to open later this year.
A 150-room W is also due to open next year.
