South Korea to allow quarantine-free entry
South Korea becomes the latest Asian nation to welcome back international travellers quarantine-free.
It will allow travellers entry from 1 April.
It applies to arrivals whose final vaccine dose is less than six months old or who have had a booster shot.
They are required to upload their vaccine status to Korea’s Q-CODE system.
Travellers must also present proof of a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure.
The relaxed rules apply to all nationalities except Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Myanmar, who must continue to quarantine for seven days.
