Spas go online with agency commission
An online travel service specialising in luxury spa hotel experiences across Europe has been launched by the former boss of Something Special Holiday Group.
David Oldland and his wife Christine have set up Specific Spas offering commission to agents starting at seven per cent.
The website gives seven pages to each hotel including a summary, hotel information, spa information, local area information, price information, terms and conditions and a slide show.
Specific Spas also supplies flight details including links to airline websites. Additionally, there is information on car-hire, airport parking, airport lounges and UK airport hotels.
Oldland said: “Spas have become an important part of a luxury hotel short break or holiday market but, in the past, it hasn’t always been easy to find out detailed information on the spa facilities available.
“For agents we provide a comprehensive one-stop site for sourcing a luxury spa break or holiday for their clients with commission starting from seven per cent.
“We have researched and sourced the best spa hotels, which will make the perfect relaxing short break or holiday. We’ve opted for hotels, which offer a range of spa treatments and packages designed to improve a client’s well-being, fitness and appearance.”
