Low cost carrier Spirit Airlines is beefing up flight options to the Big Easy.

It is adding four new routes from New Orleans beginning this November.

Spirit will fly daily to Boston, Newark and Tampa, and four times a week to Minneapolis.

Additionally, Spirit announced two other new routes, to Newark from Las Vegas and seasonally from Chicago O’Hare to West Palm Beach.

"As Spirit adds more new aircraft to its growing Fit Fleet, we are committed to offering new service to the places our customers want to fly, like New Orleans, Las Vegas, and West Palm Beach. Making air travel easier and more affordable to great destinations is what Spirit is all about," said Mark Kopczak, Spirit Airlines’ VP of Network Planning.

Reservations are now live for all new routes.
