Spurs star joins travel experts at charity golf day

Former Spurs star Ossie Ardiles joined some of his old football mates and members of the travel industry in the 8th annual Travel Industry Charity Golf Day.

For the third year running the event at Maylands Golf Course in Essex, was co-hosted by the Travel Insurance Industry Committee (TIIC) and the Family Holiday Association, a charity offering  family breaks away for children coping with extremely difficult circumstances.

The day raised £8,000 and saw the winning team (pictured) of Steve King and Ian Kember from Crispin Speers & Partners, Sergio Pia from Insure for Travel and Steve Gibson from Avid Insurance, receiving tickets to We Will Rock You.

The highest scoring individual player award went to Andy O’Cain from FirstAssist.
