Staybridge Suites brand to debut in India
IHG is introducing its extended-stay brand Staybridge Suites to India.
It signed a management agreement with NR Greenwood Construction to debut the brand in Bengaluru.
Staybridge Suites Bengaluru Thanisandra is slated to open in the first quarter of 2023.
It will offer residential-style hotel hospitality with 170 suites featuring kitchenettes.
The hotel will have two meeting rooms, a business centre, gym and dining room.
"The thriving corporate sector in Bengaluru and limited hospitality options for long-stay travellers present strong prospects for the success of the new hotel and will also pave the way for brand’s expansion in other cities," said Sudeep Jain, IHG’s Managing Director, Southwest Asia.
The hotel is situated close to the Manyata Tech Park which is one of India’s largest IT business hubs.
Bengaluru is known as India’s ‘Silcone Valley.’
