Steering Group named
ABTA has appointed its Travel Industry Partner (TIP) Steering Group for the coming year, which includes two solicitors, a crisis management expert and one technology supplier.
The Steering Group of 10 is intended to help the 158 TIP members, who are UK travel suppliers and service providers, to maintain close links with ABTA members.
These businesses range from tourist boards to law firms. The Steering Group places are voted for by TIP members in seven categories.
The category with most representation is Services, with three represntatives, while Aviation and Technology have one representative each.
The group meets two to three times a year to discuss industry issues.
