Strategic moves with Travelport
Strategic Airlines has chosen business services provider Travelport as its GDS partner.
The full content agreement will see Strategic Airlines – Australia’s newest full service airline – participate on a GDS for the first time in its operating history.
With the new distribution agreement, Galileo subscribers will enjoy access to Strategic Airline’s most up-to-date routes, fares and seat availability, with full booking functionality.
The airline will also provide full access to its inventory of flights and fares for Worldspan and Apollo connected travel agents in the coming weeks.
Strategic Airlines currently operates scheduled services within Australia and to international destinations such as Bali and Phuket, with plans to fly to other cities such as Honolulu and Shanghai later this year.
