A range of special benefits for passengers choosing the travel in suites has been introduced by Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines.

The ‘Suite Dreams’ extras will further enhance the luxury of having one of the more spacious cabins, with a balcony and separate seating area.

The changes are part of Fred. Olsen’s second edition of its 2010-11 brochure of worldwide cruises is available from Thursday (November 5).

The benefits available to those booking suites include:
·         A welcome bottle of sparkling wine
·         Fruit basket (topped up on request)
·         Flowers or plant in the cabin
·         Bathrobe and slippers
·         Binoculars, world atlas and country guide for passenger reference
·         Afternoon canapé service
·         Daily newsletter
·         Complimentary shuttle coach vouchers
·         Free pressing service for formal wear
·         Laundry service discount vouchers
·         Pair of compact umbrellas for use ashore

These innovations will be available from January 2010 and apply to selected grades of suites – Owner’s Suite (OW) Premier (PS), Marquee (MS), Superior (SS) Balcony (BS) and Single (JB).

General sales manager Lol Nichols, general sales manager for Fred. Olsen said: “Once someone has booked a suite and appreciated the pleasure of the extra space, private balcony – and now a whole host of attractive little extras – they will be reluctant to trade down.”
