Summit Hotel adding upscale properties
Summit Hotel Properties, LLC, continued its strategy of acquiring upscale, limited-service hotels with the purchase of four new properties.
The group’s portfolio is now 60 hotels across 21 states.
Said Kerry W. Boekelheidek, CEO:
“We are gaining true momentum as we continue to executive our growth strategy, which is based on the strategic acquisition of leading-brand hotel properties in the upscale, limited-service area.”
Three of the hotels are located in upscale suburbs of Memphis and St. Louis. A fourth hotel is the 116-room Cambria Suites by Choice Hotels international that is under construction and due to open in Boise next year.
Summit Hotel Properties is an affiliate of The Summit Group Inc.
