Sunvil has announced plans to implement Dolphin Dynamics’ booking management module within its retail travel division. As part of the strategic agreement, the travel technology supplier will also deliver automated booking capture and invoicing tools to support Sunvil’s tour operating activities.

Dolphin will automate pricing, reporting, customer profiling, accounting and document production functions within Sunvil. The solution also includes an interface with Galileo in order to import customer and booking data.

Sunvil said it has invested in enhanced technology in order to streamline its operational processes and to establish a strong technology platform to support future growth. It said Dolphin Dynamics was selected due to its proven ability to deliver technology solutions to travel companies with a varied mix of business.

Chris Wright, Operations Director at Sunvil said, “Dolphin will enable us to run our retail operation far more efficiently. And by reducing time-consuming administration activities we can spend more time servicing our customers. We’ve also leveraged Dolphin Dynamics’ expertise to implement automation solutions for our tour operating division and thereby create more integrated processes right across our business.”

Roberto Da Re, President at Dolphin Dynamics commented, “We are delighted that an award-winning and influential travel company like Sunvil has elected to partner with Dolphin Dynamics. This deal reflects our commitment towards developing integrated technology that supports the flexible requirements of modern travel companies.”
