Wednesday, 12 Nov, 2014 0

Business travellers from around the world have named the Citadines Suites Louvre in Paris and the Grand Hotel Del Gianicolo in Rome as the best hotels in Europe.

They were the only two hotels in a survey of corporate travellers to be given full marks.

The four-star Grand Hotel Del Gianicolo was rated even more highly than the five-star Raphael Relais & Chateaux in Rome.

In London, the top-rated hotels were the South Place in The City and the Plaza on the River Club & Residence on the South Bank. Both properties are officially five-star rated and they each received a customer satisfaction score of 9.8 in the survey by hotel solutions provider HRS.

HRS ranked the most popular hotels in 10 key business locations around Europe, from Barcelona to Zurich.
