Technoheaven launches enhanced tour operating platform

Travel tech firm Technoheaven announced the launch of its latest Tour Operating Software, specifically optimised for travel professionals across Europe and the US.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty – A built-in CRM with personalised client interactions, automated communications, and branded portals for both B2B agents and B2C customers. Agents can manage bookings, commissions, and vouchers.

Automation, Payments & Credit Control – Automated confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and refunds reduce manual intervention. It enables flexible payment plans, partial payments, instalment options, and agent credit management.

Analytics, Reporting & Scalability – Real-time BI dashboards and advanced reporting provide deep insights into revenue, profitability, and performance.
