Tee off in the footsteps of the greats
Hyatt Regency Coolum is giving golfers a chance to tee off behind the likes of Bubba Watson and Greg Norman after this year’s Australian PGA Championship.
Golfers can play the 6,137-metre course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr immediately following the 2011 Australian PGA Championship on Monday, November 28 – with the tees and pin positions still in place from the previous day’s final round.
This offer is priced at AU$170 per player and includes a shared motorised cart, competition entry and a BBQ after the round.
Golf fanatics can also relive any day of the championship tournament by playing a special course set-up from Tuesday, November 29 to Friday, December 2.
The course will feature the same tee and pin configurations played by the pros in the PGA Championship, with Tuesday emulating day 1, Wednesday day 2, Thursday day 3 and Friday the final day.
Green fees on these days are AU$110 per player for 18 holes when booked by hotel guests.
