Tel Aviv marathon details announced
The annual Tel Aviv Samsung Marathon on February 28 next year will see 35,000 runners competing along Tel Aviv’s coastline and through the main streets.
The city’s most striking Bauhaus architecture will be showcased, alongside historical and cultural sites such as Dizengoff Street, Rothschild Avenue, the Azrieli Towers and the Tel Aviv Boardwalk.
The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality has created seven different courses from 4.2km to marathon that allow runners of all competencies to take part.
A Health and Fitness Expo will be held before the marathon with lectures on health and sports nutrition, as well as information on recent industry trends and retailers selling the latest sports gear.
Early registration closes on November 30, regular registration closes on January 25 and late registration closes on February 22 at midnight local time.
