Tempo adds Qatar to Egypt Dubai & Oman
The launch of Qatar product, 14 new excursions and safaris in Dubai, five new excursions from Cairo, three new Nile cruise ships as well as the launch of a Taste of Alexandria package are among significant product changes in the Tempo Holidays 2007 Egypt Dubai & Oman brochure released this week.
The broadened range will make it easier for agents to create individual itineraries, said National Sales Manager, Mark Johnson.
“Emirates capacity has opened Alexandria as a destination and we have responded accordingly with ground product, “he said. “We are doing very well with Egypt because we offer affordable 5-star product and private services which appeals to our discerning traveller base.”
“We have also included Qatar Airways, even though they don’t fly to Australia yet. The demand for Qatar as a destination is growing and we see great potential in providing quality product on the ground to match the quality product in the air,” Mr Johnson said.
The introduction of the 3 days Taste of Alexandria package (from $452 per person twin share) is designed to provide an optional gateway to Cairo and for travellers to build an extended Egypt itinerary.
The very stylish Sonesta Star Goddess has been added to Tempo’s Nile cruises fleet which services five cruise itineraries. For example, Tempo’s best-seller 9-days Jewel of the Nile cruise on this vessel is priced from $2843 per person twin share.
The resort areas of Sharm El Sheik and Hurghada also have extra excursions.
