Thomas Cook Airlines launches its summer 2016 programme
Thomas Cook Airlines has launched its summer 2016 flight programme becoming the biggest long-haul carrier at Manchester Airport.
With an additional Airbus A330 joining Manchester, it now has more aircraft and routes at the airport than any other airline.
Flights to New York from Manchester are increasing to four days per week with the addition of Friday flights to JFK.
Cancun increases to four departures per week with the addition of a new Tuesday flight, and a second weekly flight to Punta Cana in Dominican Republic departs on Thursdays in summer 2016.
Christoph Debus, chief airlines and hotels officer for Thomas Cook Group, said: "We are very proud to have the largest non-stop route network from Manchester Airport."
Flights from Glasgow to Las Vegas and Orlando have also increased in frequency for 2016.
A brand new flight to Cayo Coco in Cuba from Gatwick has been introduced by Thomas Cook Airlines, operating on Sundays in summer 2016 and some long haul routes from Stansted are increasing in frequency.
