Thomson confirms refunds for Michael Jackson tour packages
Thomson Experience has confirmed that its customers will get full refunds for Michael Jackson’s O2 tour following the singer’s death.
The operator had secured official partnership to the London event, offering accommodation and ticket packages.
Marketing manager Cara Threlfall said: “Michael Jackson, singer, songwriter, performer and perhaps the most famous pop star of modern times, has sadly died less than a fortnight before he was due to start his record-breaking 50-concert tour at The 02 in London.
“We can confirm that Thomson Experience is offering full ticket and accommodation refunds to all passengers who booked.
“In addition we can offer alternative activities including theatre tickets for those who still wish to travel to London with a full refund for their concert tickets. “
