Thomson Cruises has launched a brand new e-learning platform called ‘Cruise Corner,’ for its retail staff selling cruises on the Thomson Dream, Spirit, Celebration and Majesty.

The new site, which is for agents to improve their product knowledge and sell the right Thomson cruise to customers, will be available to other retail agents from late summer.

Fraser Ellacott, managing director of Thomson Cruises, said: "We are delighted that all retail agents will have access to this new training tool and hope that the increased product knowledge will really help our customers get a flavour for the cruises we have on offer.

"We have already had some very positive feedback from agents who have trialled the system and we will be looking to roll out further training modules in the future."
