Time to get phestive

Wednesday, 10 Dec, 2010 0

There’s still time (just) to book for the next quarterly Phunkin Phestivities Event, organised by the Travel Industry Soul Society, on Monday December 13.

One of the founding fathers of the Phunkin Crew Nigel McShine-Jones hopes for a big turnout -‘We are thinking that the late December date and the central London base we have, at Jerusalem, will attract a bumper crowd’.

Taking place at the usual haunt, Jerusalem Bar & Kitchen in London’s West End, there will be a special offer on Christmas dinner and drinks. Just quote ‘Phunkin Phursday’ at manager Steve when you call and he’ll know what you’re on about (we’re told). Tel 020 7255 1120.

And yes, before any clever clogs point out that it’s on a Monday (not a Thursday or Phursday), we’ve already spotted that so don’t bother to email.

Guest DJ Gary Kershaw will be in charge of the sounds – yes, THE Gary Kershaw of travel industry fame. Oh and Dan ‘rubber hips’ Caplin will be there too. Whoever he is.

What are you waiting for? Go book.
