TIPTO confirms Belfast date
Northern Ireland has been included for the first time as part of marketing consortium TIPTO’s latest series of roadshows.
The organisation has included Belfast on February 28, 2007 among the 19-date programme – its eighth annual series of events.
Scheduled for the city’s Europa Hotel, the roadshow is expected to attract astrong following from independent agents in Northern Ireland.
TIPTO chairman-elect Colin Wilson (Bourne Leisure): “We looked very carefully at our roadshow schedule for next year and realised that Northern Ireland had probably been an omission is previous years.
“For pretty well all of our 19 members, Northern Ireland is a very strong market and we felt it was about time we included very supportive independent agents there in our roadshow schedule. All our members are really looking forward to the opportunity and we are hoping for great support on the night.”
The new roadshow programme starts on October 3 in Leeds. Over the following eight months other locations to be visited are Newcastle, Chester, Blackpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Ipswich, Watford, Telford, Birmingham, Plymouth, Cardiff, Ashford in Kent, Portsmouth, Leicester and Croydon.
