TMS Melbourne breakfast seminar to shed light on ‘Employee Attachment’ factor
Retaining staff in today’s highly competitive, job heavy travel industry environment will form the focus of a key TMS Asia-Pacific breakfast seminar scheduled for industry employers in Melbourne on Thursday, 13 March 2008.
Key presenter on the day is senior Human Capital consultant Anthony Sork*, with hs presentation exploring elements of the ‘Employee Attachment Phenomenon’, a factor Mr Sork said employees experience in the first 120 days of their start with a company or organisation.
The presentation will discuss the various elements or ‘drivers’ comprising the ‘Employee Attachment’ process and ways to successfully implement the concept.
