Crystal Cruises has secured star guest chefs and wine experts for its October Wine and Food Festival cruises in the Mediterranean and New England.

Henri Brosi, executive chef of The Dorchester Hotel, will be on board a 10-night Canada and New England cruise on October 19 from Montreal to New York on Crystal Symphony. Joining him will be wine “wizard” Keith Goldston, one of the world’s youngest Master Sommeliers.

Michelle Bernstein, chef/owner of Michy’s in Miami, and wine expert/author Lettie Teague of Food & Wine Magazine will be on Crystal Serenity offering Mediterranean inspired cuisine and wine appreciation on a 12-night voyage from Rome to Barcelona departing October 18.

Each cruise will feature shore excursions offering authentic regional culinary experiences, such as cooking lessons at a Michelin star restaurant in Sorrento, wine tasting in the Sicilian countryside, a lobster lunch on the coast of Nova Scotia and a three-course gourmet meal and wine tasting in Saint John’s.
