The UK’s top cruise travel agencies have received awards from Complete Cruise Solution.
The umbrella sales organisation for P&O Cruises, Cunard, Princess Cruises and Ocean Village were recognised for the greatest percentage growth, best online usage and to agent of the year for each brand.
Carnival UK sales and customer services director Giles Hawke said: “We are thrilled to recognise these agents, who have worked tremendously hard to grow their cruise business in the past 12 months.
“The UK Cruise Awards were established five years ago and are designed to show how much we value our agent partners, commend those who have done well and encourage others to achieve more.
“We offer a vast network of support, online training, guidance and assistance – whether you’re on the high street, in a call centre or based entirely online. The cruise market is growing and so is the opportunity to become more successful.”
The ceremony was held on board Cunard ship Queen Victoria in Southampton
