Top US city: San Francisco

Thursday, 16 Oct, 2010 0

The readers of Conde Nast Traveler Magazine have picked San Francisco as the top US travel destination for the 18th straight year.

Charleston and Santa Fe rounded out the top three.

The magazine released the top three finishers in more than 40 categories — including hotels, resorts, islands, airlines, rental car companies and more.

Vancouver captured the top city in the Americas for the fifth time since 2004.
Bangkok also reclaimed the top spot as the Best Asian City, after slipping to Ubud, Bali, last year for the first time since the inception of the list.
