Travel agents organize sustainable tourism conference for Croatia
Sustainability for Competitiveness in Tourism will take place in Zagreb
The aim of the Conference is to encourage sustainability in tourism and implement sustainable business model for competitiveness in tourism.
Speakers and conference participants will consider some of the following topics: new trends in sustainable tourism, how sustainable tourism can build better business, role of tourism associations in developing sustainable practise, current sustainability initiatives, innovative tools and instruments on sustainability management and examples of the best sustainability practices.
The conference was organized by the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies with financial support by CEI – Central European Initiative and the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia
Say the organizers, the conference is unique opportunity to:
- Improve knowledge on sustainable development in tourism and corporate social responsibility
- Gain insight into new marketing and sales trends in the travel industry
- Learn about sustainability management tools and systems
