Travel Counsellors roadshows will dispel homeworking myths
Travel Counsellors is to run a series of roadshows next month designed to dispel the myths of homeworking.
Founder and chairman David Speakman is inviting consultants, owner managers and other travel industry professionals to take part in the roadshows.
“Forget the fact that we are home-based – that’s not the issue,†says Speakman.
“The key to any agent’s success is being allowed to do what they are best at – selling. If you take all the administration, marketing and back office work off an agent then they can concentrate on building their business.
“That’s a fact and that’s why our model is innovative, whether you’re working from home or in an office on the high street.â€
The events will be held in Manchester, Birmingham, London Heathrow and Glasgow on April 7, 8, 9, and 10 respectively.
A number of Travel Counsellors will also be present at each event, giving their own story about how they have built successful travel businesses with the company.
Travel professionals attending the event will also be given a live demonstration of the company’s in house Phenix dynamic packaging system, including the use of ATOL bonding through the system.
