Travel Indochina in global rebrand
Travel Indochina is changing its name to Insider Journeys as part of a global re-brand.
The Asia specialist said the new name, which will launch on February 2, ‘better articulates who we are’.
It will also facilitate growth into other destinations.
UK general manager Lesley Wright said: "Part of it is being able to talk to the large number of destinations on offer, not just Indo China. We will start to look at potentially other tailormade brochures.
"We know we’ve got a great product but we just need to be better at telling people about it."
A rebranded Small Group Journeys brochure will be available next week, featuring 11 different countries and flagging up the ‘insider experiences’ on offer in their tours which are limited to 16 people.
The operator is also producing up-to-date city guides with details of each destination including ‘culinary discoveries’.
The brochure will be available from March while its river cruising brochure will be reviewed at the usual time in July.
Travel Indochina has been established for 21 years and has operated in the UK for 10.
Two years ago it started selling through the trade which now accounts for 45% of its UK business.
Agents will be offered training and support by its business development team and can win a place on a forthcoming fam incentive.
