Travel Management company launches
Australia’s leading premium corporate travel provider, LTM Travel Management, has launched cutting edge software that allows its clients to export their itineraries directly from their email into their Microsoft Outlook calendar with a single click.
The innovative feature has been tailored exclusively for LTM’s clients, and covers all relevant travel information, including details of air, hotel and car bookings.
The details are dropped into the appropriate date and time slot in the user’s desktop MS Outlook, enabling them to then download it into their PDA.
General Manager of LTM Travel Management, Shirley Field, says today’s business travelers are constantly seeking the most streamlined use of technology.
“Our corporate travelers are a busy lot – this functionality will allow them to ensure their travel diaries are synchronized with their corporate calendar – at the click of a button,” says Shirley.
“Importantly, we’re seeking to introduce practical improvements that will improve accuracy over manually inserting an itinerary into our clients’ diaries.”
“Technology is the future of any success in this business and we intend to be ahead of the game – but it is key that the improvements are not “technological gimmicks” for the sake of being technical, but provide real, tangible benefits to our clients.”
LTM Travel Management is part of the Leggett Travel Group, which also includes Elegant Resorts, Swiss Travel, Sydney Travel, Concierge Traveller and Freighter Travel.
