TRAVEL2 LAUNCHES NEW KISSIMMEE TRAINING MODULE
Travel2 has launched its first online training programme on Kissimmee in Central Florida on T2 Academy, their free online training portal for independent travel agents. The quick and easy to use training portal has been designed to provide bite-size training modules to develop knowledge and confidence when selling destinations and products.
The training module consists of ten pages encompassing an overview of the popular destination, travelling to Kissimmee, getting around the area, accommodation, amusement parks, entertainment, outdoor activities, golf, shopping and days out for families. Once agents have completed all ten pages, their knowledge is then tested by a number of in depth questions on the destination. There are two interactive videos on the site to use as a visual aid as well as several selling tips.
Travel2 also rewards agents with a ‘Learn and Earn’ scheme. For each module completed, agents are awarded 10 points and once they accumulate enough points, they are rewarded with shopping vouchers. Each module takes just 25 minutes to complete.
Experience Kissimmee and Travel2 will be promoting the training programme to over 30,000 agents in the UK through online promotions and through Travel2’s regional sales staff. The programme can be accessed at www.t2academy.co.uk.
